| Do you ship to my country? |

Please create an account by clicking the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. During sign-up we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time. In general we require PayPal for all orders outside the US. This is due to the high rate of international credit card fraud. Please contact us if you are interested in obtaining a product from us and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

| What are my payment choices? |

For international shipping we ask you pay via PayPal. This is due to the high amount of international credit card theft. Since the credit verification systems are separate it is impossible to adequately verify some international credit cards. PayPal adds protection for both the buyer and the seller in such cases. We apologize taht a few make it difficult form many in such matters. If you would like to use another payment please contact us directly. |
| When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges? |

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. We will ship your order shortly after we receive payment from you. Typically shipment occurs within 24 hours of order placement. |
